Additional fees may be incurred for record review, report or letter writing, frequent or long phone contact or emails and text messages.

Because at least one day is needed to fill an appointment slot, patients will be charged for all scheduled appointments unless they are cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.  The requirement for advance notice may increase if the patient repeatedly cancels appointments.

The cancellation for intake appointments is at least seven days. The time committed to prepare for an intake appointment is extensive and the full fee is due if cancellation occurs in less than seven days.
